In all honesty, it's whatever Global Mod is available. They're all pretty scarce, but WindDancer usually picks up the slack.

Well, for the last few months while Raz has been on vacation all of the global mods have been pretty much running the place. It would be a shared responsibility between all of the globals.

..which are equally as rare, I might add. There have been times, especially Saturday nights, where Ken and I sit and watch KMC just burn, lol.
