same here. I also like No1 Countdown for rock videos

I only watch music channels when I want to watch I Love The 70s/80s/90s on VH1.

MTV2 - Head bangers Ball, Bevis and Butthead, Viva La Bam, Wild Boyz

All there is on television is CD:UK which is on for a hour on saturdays, and Top of the Pops for half a hour on Fridays, both crap. Have the odd good band on sometimes, but rare.
