It's really really hard to find someone who can beat Surfer, it's not like it's just because he has fanboys, he's really that powerful.

I can only name 1 being on earth who could in a fair fight.

I think Surfer would take it, his powers would be 50 fold with the Uni-Power.

surfer should win this essecially 50 fold.

Which version of Tyrant is this? Full powered Tyrant would still win even if SS amped his powers 100 times. Against depowered Tyrant I'd say SS would probably win.

If all of Surfer's powers are enhanced to 50 times he will win (especially because Surfer has got used to fighting his mostly stronger enemies with resourcefulness and cunning instead of raw power). Surfer might even be able to drain more uni-power than he is due.
