I don't know. Reed is imo underrated, he's a very versatile fighter with a quick mind, but so is Spider-Man.

As long as Spider-Man takes the fight as a joke, Reed has a chance of winning. If Spider-Man gets angry => not a chance.

agreed, reed is underrated, though, he's just not popular material like the thing or human torch.
