Out of these three video game rpg types, which do you prefer and why?

Real time. (Zelda.)
Turn based. (Final Fantasy.)
Chess-like. (Ogre Tactics.)

Also, who do you think would win in a three-way matchup of Marth, Cloud, and Link?

Real Time (Zelda) without a doubt.

Turn based, Although there are a lot of good real time

I guess Real Time. I just Roleplay the way I want to. I used to (I cant find anyone to do RP's with anymore) do LOTR RP's, and the occasional Vampire Roleplay..
And choosing between Para and Semi based RP, Id choose Para, I love to take my time and make it neat and interesting.

I like them all but I like Final Fantasy games.

I'm a fan of turn-based, because then I can plan out what I want to do ahead of time, real-time is pretty much just reacting IMO.

Love a good Turn based, like Civ 2, (Best game ever)
But then a game like Deus ex: Invisible War, Is really cool too.
