Bane. Dooku might be good, but Bane pretty much ruckused the Jedi order and survived a thought bomb.

BANE IS THE THIRD STRONGEST SITH AFTER PALPS AND REVAN IN MY OPINION.

Lightsaber skills? I don't know... Bane is probably the most physically strong sith but Dooku has got some crazed saber skills...
