What is the point to being liberal?
I mean really, as an American-liberal, what exactly are you getting out of it?
You beat yourself up everyday because of how terrible your goverment is.
You're ashamed at how much biggotry and hatred control our media.
You're disgusted by how backward our society is by relying on religon.
And yet you act like the right-wing is the avengelynes. Should I laugh at this retardation?
If we're so religous, how come we don't strap bombs to ourselves and kill in the name of Jehova?
If our country is so distrought why do millions of immigrants both legaly and illegaly come here?
If our goverment is so bad, why does the world rely on us for money and support?
What bennefits does being an American-liberal get you? You all have nothing but pessimism and despair in your speeches. All you talk about is the evils of our current leaders, and how we're doomed because of our own barbaric nature. What sortof "liberalism" is so damn emo you mind telling me? Why should I waste my vote on a pathetic little man who can't look for a silver lining so we can strive for a promsing future? Every animal on this planet, including humans, need a leader. And if you can't supply some sort of hope and motivation to the masses, then you are not going to be the leader. And no liberal in this country of our's shows the qaulities required to make a good leader. THAT's why George W. Bush won and Kerry didn't. And I can assure you, unless you get out of this depression you're in, the democratic party will lose election after election after election.
