Thanos has superhuman strength and resistance to attacks.

Thanos is also smarter than Batman and has much more experience in galactic conflagarations.

Thanos would win even if Batman ambushed him.

Batman one million is at least 3 to 4X smarter than Doom and Richards. and he has some of the awsomest tech in the universe 80,000 years in the future. without prep most likely Thanos but with prep Batman 1 million has an extremely good chance
