Last horror I rented was The Spiral, Japanese unofficial Ringu movie, I was absolutely bored with it.

I rented Land of the Dead yesterday.

Rented Return of the Living Dead 2 last night, but haven't watched it yet, will watch it tonight.

I stopped renting movies over a year ago its some much easier to buy it

I live in aus lol A lot of rejects here,would not even know Hellworld or deader are coming out!

You asked about Troll.
Prepare to cover your eyes and scream...cos you've just rented a very regrettable "Horror" movie.

IMO it belongs in the VideoEzy Kid's section , right next to the Neverending Story (they did use Noah Hathaway didn't they?).
NOT HORROR. Elves, animated vegetables and witches: definitely the stuff of fantasy alright. Not that I've got anything agst that genre, just wasn't what i expected.

Oh and interesting name for the main character though i suspect it wouldn't have raised an eyebrow back in the pre-Rowling mania.

There are another one or two recognizable celebs to look out for in between yawns! lol

I won't be watching this rental twice.
Now let's see how Trolls 2 fares..... <shudder>

Well kmc, it's nothing like chucky. As I said before this is more of a fantasy adventure than a horror. So you decide.

It might be good stuff to occupy a 5-year-old kid bro/sis who's rummaging through one's porn/bong collection. lol

Oh and Troll2? You'll rofl if you think you can be remotely scared by that piece. No wonder this is a Double Feature DVD! It would be a crime to let someone pay good money to watch Troll2 by itself.

Corny dialogue, bad acting (esp. the teenage sister, gawd i swear she reads off a teleprompter), no resemblance to the "Troll" whatsoever, seems to drone on about "goblins, goblins goblins"... where's the TROLL? Or is a troll a goblin? The word isn't even mentioned! Shouldn't the movie be titled "Goblin"? Or is that already taken? <shrug>
Oh and the sleepy town's name? haha very clever...not.

Well it's fun to watch if you want something to laugh at, i guess. I didn't make it past half of the movie
Off to the store now to find me some genuine horror. I'll be glad to pop this 80's horror trash down the chute.

Dont mean to double post but,Just watched half of troll and could not sit through it,Troll is one of the biggest peice's of shit I have seen,who eva classified this movie as a horror is a disgrace

I NEVER rent movies anymore. Deepdiscountdvd.com sells them so cheap..........might aswell buy them. For the cost of renting a movie twice you can just own it.

I just put The Shining in my netflix queue, and also Friday the 13th (original)

I actually did not mind Children of the corn 5 that much,It wasn't the best though,Killer workout was bad,.........but strangely good.

I rented "Cursed". It was pretty much the dumbest movie I have ever seen. They definately went overboard when they had the werewolf throw up its middle finger to one of the characters...

Last weekend I rented Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. I forgot how cheesy it was! "Bubba's got a girlfriend!" I also remembered that Bill Moseley (Otis from "House of 1,000 Corpses" is in there, too.

Is Darkness worth watching?

Darkness is pointless don't bother.....I don't really rent anymore due to the fact that I have all those movie channels like HBo, Cinemax, Showtime, etc., but the last few movies I have viewed are Necronomicon: Book of the Dead, Monster, Ginger Snaps Back: The Beginning, and Piranhna

What was Piranha like?

It was pretty good....not much gore and some humor mixed into it.....if you like that kinda stuff in a horror movie then you should enjoy it

the last one i rented was like 3 weeks ago and that was hide and seek thta movie is sad but deniro was good in it

I thought Hide and seek was a lot better than some of the other shit thats been coming out lately.......
