Anyway there's a huge difference between:
Being crushed into a building
Falling from over half a mile of height

I see your point.
But Spidey would win. He has fought guys who were more durable.
Risk is fast but Spidey is faster and more agile. Combined with his Strength (15t) and Spider sense he can beat the crap out of him.
