Without Sentry the Invisible Woman and Torch whoop on the Avengers. With Sentry? Avengers win.

Also some guy named Ronin is going to join. Nobody is really sure what he does yet though.

Rumors are that he is the one who stops the Sentry when he goes beserk and gets asked to join. He's supposedly a combination between Dr. Strange and Batman( or Iron Fist...Plug in any other super cool martial artist her.)

Anyway, that Ronin guy just looks cool.
