Not maybe. Boba is the best by WAY far. IG 88 cant kill a force user, Boba can. Boba has WAY more gadgets and weapons. And Boba has WAY better armour. Plus, in the Han Solo book series based on what Han was doing while Luke was being trained by Yoda, Boba killed IG 88 in one move.

Jango actually isnt better then Boba according to the Han Solo series of which are awesome books.
