No contest...Doc Ock.Unless Spiderman was helping Bats..

Gonna have to go with Batman, he wooped Clayface, who's more unpredicatable that Doc Ock all together. Not to mention Batman is much smarter than Doc.

It would be a tough fight, but bats would come out on top in the end.

I think Batman could win if he kept a good distance and not tried
to fight close-up. He's not stupid, he'd see what's up and hit him
long range. Bats could take him down.

Doc Ock may have a lot of limbs but Batman pretty handy too.

Batman has been hit with harder things that a flying metal tenticle, my friend.

Batman has more projectiles than Spidey so he would win by keeping a distance
