I was helping to move some heavy items for my mom and her friend and now after it is done my left forearm and elbow are in so much pain, not a muscle pain though. It's more like my elbow hyper extended, and it hurts. cry

i think it must be something with tendos or capsula articulationis
as every child know elbow consists of three articulationes for real.
and each of them is responible for different kind of movements...
though most of them are stopped (?) by the built of ulna..
