Nightwing takes a beating. Cap IS peak human. Nightwing is NEAR peak human .

It makes all the difference.

NW is good enough to give Cap a few good shots and he could avoid him for a while, but it'd still end with Cap breaking his neck.

Although NW isn't said to be above or even at peak, his agility and speed is easily on par with Daredevil's.

Cap is known to be peak human while Grayson's been known to be close to being like a meta-human. Who got this?

Captain america takes shits more tough than nightwing, nightwing cant even beat bruce, the only time in continuity when bruce and cap were about to fight, bruce talked his way out of it.
