I have a few family members that are musicians, they're in a band and known all around this town, and the surrounding ones. They probably dont play the specific type of music that KMC'ers like, but they're REALLY good. The lead singer, my uncle Mike, couldnt put that guitar down when he was a teen, and from then on him and a few of his brothers are now singers, and then two other brothers Chris and Mark they sing as well, and have their own Karaoke and DJ services.

And then I know a few Metal bands that im not related to, but they're my friends. Valpurgus, is the name of the band.

Never heard of either. My uncles keep it on the down low, like I said they're only known in Nelson Co. and the surrounding towns n stuff. Valpurgus, they're a death metal band, lead singer is a bud who quit school, Jon, they're known all around Kentucky, they perform at diff places.

Lana
My uncle is a jazz musician. He's fairly popular over in Europe.

Deathblow
Try my whole family...

My dad's a session guitarist, my mom's a pianist, two of my uncles play sax, one cousin who's a drummer, one who's a bassist and one little one who plays trumpet in his junior brass band.

And none of them are famous happy

Morbid4Daniel
Yeah we have lots of instruments but...nothing I can ever learn to play, or get famous for laughing out loud . I do have a bit of a singing ability that I think I get from my uncle Mike, who's the lead singer of the band I was talking about.

I've drive golfballs with Tom Cochrane at a driving range and talked about poetry and philosophy, tha was cool.

Steve Earle once bought me a burger and a coke before a concert of his, that was much cooler.

I've met a few other musicians of some fame, but those two guys were the most genuine and interesting.

Oh, yeah, met B.B. King too, very cool man.
