What is that?

Black Zero, he is a sort of superman type character with opposite characteristics such as ice vision and stuff. origonally he is the one that destroyed the Kryptonites. he put a virus in Krypton and that manifested in to the destruction of krypton i belive if my memory serves me corectly.
