The Jedi would team up and kill Dooku. These Free for alls don't go too well here since it just basically comes down to the strongest which would be Yoda.

Dooku is the only one with a chance against him but even he wouldn't be able to defeat Yoda. The other two Jedi would be dead in under a minute.
