sorry,Marvel stated that ranking.Nick Fury's files contains the powers of each char.I posted the one about hulk,just for an example.

Buy secret wars comics and look at the end of the book, there are all heroes and their power charts.

I have to agree, this list is utter crap.

I don't think it's just about sheer power. It looks like it's the entire package. I can agree with most of it, although there are some that are a bit, er, odd.

In the MU the mindless hulk without his dynamic strenght factor for separation to Banner stalemated 14 heroes,if you think the ultimates are only Cap-Giant Man-Thor-Wasp-IronMan......prolly is the right way to write that story.....

i think its a matter of how dangerous they are. mystique may not be all powerful, but her ability to spread carnage is unfathomable.

You seriously dont believe that puts him over guys like war machine and spiderman, who'd own his ass. Wolverine is a low level mutant, who spells a small threat to a city,it'd take him all day to do anything serious with 9 inch claws.

what i meant is that they combine durability strength, fighting skills. and shit.....and give u a level based on that.now wolvi has the highest fighting skills and pretty high durability....and other stuff....so he got a high score...and was put in a high level...

In terms of threats to national security Mystique would probably be up there... she's one helluva sneaky b!tch... then again if it's threats to national security a girl who can pass through solid objects, destroy electronic circuitry by doing so, has ninja training and can tear out your heart with ease should probably be a little higher...

It's their entire package, and how they use thier respective power.

So, lets say Jubilee had 100% total control of her power and all that jazz, she'd be up there with IronMan.

It's a very hard to understand, yet very correct list.

Shadowcat's powers are her innate natural state now... only the parts of her she wills to be solid are solid. And I'm not saying her fighting skills are top notch but I do recall her being a ninja

Who uses their power to their full? The guy in the suit, or the guy who's had those powers for a hundred years and knows the in-and-outs of his abilities?

It's not all about power, it's about personality and character as well, such as heart and determination.
It's also what you are capable and willing to do with the power you have, the Watcher has the power to destroy the Earth, but will not act, so jubilee would outrank the Watcher.
