Exactly how deep is this thing going?

Is it effecting Thanos? Galactus? Surfer? Other Universes/realities?

I heard it's leaking out of the current universe into others.

Also, I wonder why no one thought about breaking out the old Mutant power nullifier toy that Doom and Reed has?
