Yes, it fit him well. Plus, he was risking everything in fighting Windu, and was on the brink of losing everything (his life and his plans), so the maniacal shouting of 'UNLIMITED POWER!' fits.

i think thats supposed to sound sort of like in ROTJ when palpatine is trying 2 seduce Luke to the dark side
