He counts. Thor gained the Odinpower in regular continuity. We just saw a future version of him being corrupted by that power. But King Thor (and Rune King Thor) are both very much in continuity.

Cloak. He's only ever been defeated by magic or the Infinity Gauntlet.
Even with the IG, it took Thanos a bit to escape him. Unless Amazo and Cyborg-Hershman are constantly super-speeding, Cloak could take them all. Cloak ain't flashy, but he gets the job done.
