What type of coat is this?

I've seen it in a few places, but can only really find this character that wears it [vid game character] ... it appears to be a european high-collar jacket which covers the face up to the nose.. I dont really see it sold here in the states.. the closest thing to it is like that hot topic crap -_-..

is there like a name for it or something?

It is a trench coat (otherwise known as an "All Weather Coat"😉 with a fake fur trim.

Not the most masculine of outer wear, but that is only me.

The HT one is nice.
