Harvey Dent
Second Chance

This is with Two-Face when Bruce Wayne funds Harvey Dent's surgery to make him better. But Two-Face doesn't want to be changed.

It was very emotional at the end when Two-Face is falling from a building trying to catch his coin and says, "Batman, help me!" in his Harvey Dent voice. He extends out his hand so Batman could save him. Harvey Dent was trying to break free from Two-Face and wanted help.

At the end when Bruce Wayne goes to see Two-Face get locked up again, Harvey Dent looks at him.

HARVEY: Bruce? Good ol' Bruce. Always there. You never give up on me.
DICK: He's right. You're always there for him.

Other episodes:

Appointment in Crime Alley - has a very emotional ending.

Second Chance was pretty good indeed. I really loved it, even though it was painfully obvious from the beginning. I was kinda just waiting for it to reach the ending where it's a bit more emotional.

HOUSE AND GARDEN.......that episode was extremely intense.....the ending especially, when it shows Ivy (or a "clone" rather) picking up the babies from the plants. Gave me the jitters.

MUDSLIDE was also a pretty emotional episode, Hagen's constant attempt to become human again, and all that

I can't remember the name of the episode, but its the one where Batgirl has the hallucination from Scarecrow that she dies and her father finds out who she is. In fury, he attacks Batman, Nightwing and Robin. Its a great episode.

Joker1237
Heart of Ice for me.

Mr Freeze setting in his cell, saying All I can do, is ask if you forgive me. BEcause he failed his wife. That was touching.

Mainstream
Robin Reckoning part one and two were fairly emotional...and any episode with Mr. Freeze.

Tyger, Tyger was emotional in a pathetic sort of way.

Birds of a feather made me completely rethink my hatred for the penguin, and made me feel rather bad for him.

There's a great comic strip written by Bruce Timm called Two of a Kind(It's in the big Batman history book) Which takes the cake for me, though. It's about Two-Face, and only briefly features batman. It's quite tragic.
