Just curious who do you think would win this fight?

Naga Sadow all the way. IMO he's far more powerful that Nadd. And with his distortion of reality kind of battle meditation the onderonians would flee in panic leaving nadd behind to be slaughtered. And if the set for this action would occur in Onderon, then maybe the beast masters take the chance to also attack the onderon fortress.

I agree. Sadow would make short work of Nadd.
