Judging by how beat up Thanos was after his fights against them, I say Tyrant coz he was about to be squashed in that fight if he hadn't ported away.

Looked like Thanos did fairly well against Tyrant as well and ran away right before he would have been squashed. I'll say Odin. If it was full power Tyrant, then it would be him, easily.
