Not the jobbing fellow some consider Mephisto, the Galactus stalmating bastard who has massive power in his realm is the Mephisto I'm talking about.

Scenario: Thor gives his soul to Mephisto for a peice of cake, Odin sees this and is pissed, he goes to Mephisto to take his son's soul back personally.

They meet on a balanced ground where both powers are at the level they usually are.
