who are the most powerful heros in dc under cosmic

Some say Superman, Wonder Woman, Martain manhunter, Green Lantern, The Flash

Well, you get the idea. basically JLA material.

Superman is considered Top Dog in the basic continuity. Damage's potential is second only to Superman. Manhunter, Wonder woman, Lanterns, Flashes, they are all very powerful as well.

basically any of supes rogue's gallery. other than savage dragon superman is the only guy i know who most of his villains are strong enuff to go toe to toe.

i understand cosmics to be the abstarcts, but i'll still leave out darksied, and any from apok since he's a god:

Ummm the most powerful Hero has got to be the Spectre. But he count's as cosmic. Probably Superman.
