Here all people who dislike Shakoon can petition for his Bannage. He has sent me some pointlessly rude PM's and if you read what he did in the Harry Potter Fourms (Check anything with the name Emma Watson in it) You can see why we dislike him.

I don't really see why, but ShaKoons behavior in the Harry Potter fourms was unacceptable!

If you dislike certain members, deal with it, don't open a thread about it
