Bart has better comedic timing, but Stewie has blasters, tranc darts, and space fighters. Unless Lisa's backing him up, I'll take Stewie G.

Nah, Stewie would plan something too complicated to ever work. Once it fails, Bart would give him a diaper wedgy. 'W' in the Bart column. Then Nelson would walk up to Stewie and go "HAH HA!"
