Would you rather spend life in prison or take the death sentence?

is it really life in prison or just 25 years?

Gee.....I might get along with everyone in Prison....well maybe not....I just hate not going outside.....But I guess time would make me conditioned.....Though...if I didn't ever have the change to ever leave...I'd pick death by lethal Injection.....Just float off to sleep....though I'd like a few Valiums first, and whole bunch to drink....get really slammered. Cause I think I'd get really nervous about the whole thing.....

The choice is life and death. Let's not make this too difficult.

Depends if all the rumours about prison are true...

I fail to see how once murderers, rapists and other criminals go to jail, they immediately turn into George Michael.

Most sexual attacks come from the fact that they just need it. Not that they're attracted to you. Which is probably worse, I think.

Either way. I think it probably happens, but not as bad as people say.

I'd stay alive and try everything possible to get out of there.

Easy choice, life in prison. I'm not sure that there's an afterlife, so my life is very valuable to me.

Depends what kind of prison. If we are talking maximum security, federal prison, I choose death.

some think life in prison with no chance for parole is th eworst possible punishment, some think being executed is.. its a matter of opinion

Have you seen alot of the prisons nowadays?

You'd choose death over that?

Either way, I'll take life imprisonment. Family visits, allowed privileges.

I'd much rather be locked up in a room with TV, a bed, a toilet, and my thoughts then rotting in the ground.

for some death is preferable

I'd go with Life easily........now look at it...suicide is always an option (ok...maybe not after your executions) and a normal prison in a western country nowadays is better anyways.

Prison most likely, though it could be dangerous for me, since I was bullied at school, but as I long as I can avoid being constanly raped, there is no problem. I am scared of death.

hell prison is like going to camp nowadays. they have all kinds of programs you can participate in. There is T.V. time. You get those cool tatoos.

Life in prison, where theres life theres hope. The chance of escape or finding enlightenment is always there

you can hope to escape or do anything, but it it doesn't mean that'll happen and it is very unlikely.

Life or Death? Are you kidding? That's the most ridiculous question I've ever heard.

I would probally go with life, due to the fact that Prisons now a days are like Confined mini COmmunites you can do ANYTHING now, Get a job in prison, read, egucate ur self, get a College Degree, in almost anything. But then again there is always those guys that are just waiting for your soap to drop

I'd rather die than spen my life in prison. Maybe leathal injection? dont know how Nevada does it? If we do?

yeah but life inprisonment is never guaranteed.... unless you're like harold shipman or something... depends on what my crime was. I dont think i'd be able to live with myself if i'd done anything that would ensure me a lifetime behind bars and if i was innocent i would choose to live for hope of release or a retrial.

Take prison. Appeal. If there's no hope, attempt an escape or two. If it's totally pointless, suicide.

Life.

I live in Finland.

What if some guy, living in streets, would kill some other guy, just to get in prison? It's better there then in streets. You get free food, free bed, free TV...damn.

You can all talk about hope, but your in prison for your entire life. Thats what the question says, prison for your entire life. I don't care about what I could learn about what I could do in that prison, I would never see the world outside of those walls, until eventually I would get used to them because of old age and to much fear to do anything.

I have always thought that the moment my life is no longer worth living I would end. Prison does not offer anything that would make me want to live. I would never see my GF again at least not really, my parents my friends if I would even talk to one of them it would be so great. I don't want to live for small pleasures that I do not consider important now. I don't want to live my entire live in fear and in hatred hoping for something to come that will never come. I'm just to much of a coward for that, I just wouldn't survive.
