I'll go with Creel.

Eh, I dunno.
I don't ever really remember anyone able to control Creel with mental attacks, so if he's not vulnerable to them then he wins pretty easily.

If he is vulnerable to them, he'd still be less vulnerable than most because of his own mental powers....it'd slow him down, he'd probably lose.
Although, it'd be cool to see him turn into psychic energy again and zip around attacking everyones mind.
