Well, Assajj has killed jedi masters before and bested the likes of Kit Fisto. It was also brought to my attention that Anakin only beat her by giving in to his anger, as she was nearly his equal. Thus, she would eliminate Barriss, who is barely a knight by the time the Clone Wars come to an end.
