Weapon Omega

I realize I probably won't get any responses to this, but who is Weapon Omega? I have to ask cause I saw a picture of him and he looked really cool.

No, sorry. I saw it in a book. But he was real tough looking in an Alpha Flight uniform and his head kinda looked like Spiderman's.

Weapon Omega is Wildchild back in his (I think) Omega Flight days.
