All Cyclops needs is a strong enough blast. Depending on whether or not Ock's arms are currently made of adamantium, one powerful blast is enough to rip through Ock's tentacles and toss him into the next state.

If they are, we might have a fight on our hands...

He's just slicing the web off when it is around his whole head?

It really wouldn't be as easy as you think. Imagine a SUPER STRONG, sticky casing around your head. Even cutting them won't get them off that quickly.

And something else I didn't even think of. If Spidey webs him right in the face, he cause Wolvie to suffocate. Awesome!
