i seen a hulk with purple face paint and other native american can anyone tell me why hes like that

i'm not sure i think it has something to do with australia where he meat some of the native people then i think eventually australia well most accept him though i'm not sure it does seem a bit WHAT IF but i did see a comic of it at the mega city comic web site.
