Mr. Freeze, General Zod, and Brainiac vs. Ironman, Mr. Fantastic, and Deadpool. Each team is given one and a half hour of prep.

Deadpool's healing and stuff, along with what Fantastic and Iron Man could do with the prep, I think makes it Marvel's match.

zod destroyed bizarro, deadpool doesnt have a chance

deadpool and iron man fall b4 zod and brainiac's superior intelligence takes out reed

Mr. Freeze freezes Mr. Fantastic. Deadpool probably blasts Freeze with a flamethrower(assuming he can get that during prep time) and well Ironman and Reed's inventions should take down Brainiac
