Doramammu is the only one who puts up a fight but will eventually be exterminated.

I didn't know Nightmare was that powerful?
Hulk ripped his head off, and has more than once put the feat of god into Nightmare.

hmm, going with The Vishanti until I see more about Mephisto (who got beat by Surfer once or twice I think, and almost got destroyed in his own dimension by Galactus), Dormammu (dunno jack about him) and Nightmare.
