Who wins

Namor wins. At the beginning of fight he breaks Batman's neck worse then anything Bane did.

Then slams 2000 ton destroyer in Spider-Man.

Well, when he gets on the mood, he declares war on anything that moves.

But he fights Attuma, who is an barbarian...Dormammu together with Defenders...Mindless Ones, Hulk, Avengers Villains, Hulk, and sometimes he even fought Magneto...did I mention Hulk?

He's the first anti-hero...like Punisher, or Hulk occasionally. Nowadays he is mostly a good guy.

Those pretty much are his enemies. Namor has fought every major enemy (and hero) of Marvel, too.

Who was that Piranha: The Man-Killer guy that made Namor and the Thing battle by threatening to kill Alicia Masters? (Marvel Two-In-One #28)

You dont have to be that strong to deal with Batman. Namor is levels above Spiderman, even in land. What happens its if he stays in land for a time without repleneshing itself with water he gets weaker. Even so it would be more than enought to punch Spiderman for good.

And Namor wins this. While making jokes about Batman`s suit.

Spiderman WILL give Namor a hard time cause of his super-agility.
He's given Namor problems in the past.
Namor should still pull out a victory.
He's much stronger and no slouch in the speed department.
He would eventually K.O. Spiderman if the fight was long enough,
especially if he finds a cup of water here and there....

Agreed. In everything!

Spider-Man has given Namor SERIOUS trouble in the past - and yes, they were fighting on a ship in the ocean, so one would think Namor had enough water lol.

I don't see SM actually winning this one, because it depends a lot on the circumstances and such.

But... Spider-Man is GREAT at working on peoples nerves, and Namor isn't exactly the most calm hero : he gets angry oh so fast, and there's a good chance Spider-Man will exploit that, like he has done in the past on so many occasions with other people.

Namor also has superhuman reflexes...maybe not on par with Spider-Man, but he was able to demolish Daredevil with no effort (Something that Spider-Man has some troubles of doing), and he pulls out the same shit that Spidey does regulary.

This should be Namor vs. Spider-man. Batman can't do anything in this match except sit there and look lame. Okay maybe he can cry.

He can pray.

Yeah, with no prep he's toast.
