Yep, Superman is done. Thor's hammer is worthless with Juggernaut, much less, 8th Day. Surfer can match the GL ring and...IDK...Majestic's a warrior born, probably trained with the sword. He should capable, with a weapon, of tying up the Sword while everyone else kill Superman with one combined blow to the back.

a very confident Gladiator and a pissed off Silver Surfer is all u need here to beat Superman with these weapons. With all those other guys its just overkill.

Superman with Shazam's power and all those other weapons... the team is f*cked. Now, if you amalgamate them into one beast of a character and put the Gladiator, Majestic or Maestro mind in control, then you've got yourself one kickass fight.
