anybody know any good recipies for ribs? Pork, and beef

a1hsauce
i know one for beef..you can put out a large bowl of teriyaki sauce and mix in some seasoning pepper and set the beef in there for maybe an hour and let it marinate then take it out and grill it

you can also try stuffing the pork. people usually do that

4 pounds pork back ribs
Your favorite barbecue sauce (purchased or homemade)
Season ribs with salt and pepper.
Place ribs on a medium-hot grill over indirect heat; close grill hood and grill until ribs are tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (add more charcoal briquettes to fire, if necessary, to maintain grill temperature of about 325-350 degrees F.)
Finish by turning and basting ribs with barbecue sauce for the last 15 minutes.
Serve ribs directly from the grill or, for extra tender ribs remove from grill, wrap in heavy aluminum foil. Place foil-wrapped ribs in brown paper bags, close bags and let ribs rest for up to an hour.
Unwrap ribs, cut into serving pieces and serve with extra barbecue sauce.

Cook them above alot of water for 3 hours at 250 degrees, pull out and put on BBQ sauce, broil for 5-15mins. they will be falling off the bone, and taste great.

Hank Hill would argue with you there.

Put them in double boil pot for a couple of hours and then rub the BBQ sauce in them. Put them on the grill to cook and add more BBQ sauce. Just be careful because when you boil them it make them so tender they fall off the bone. A large piece fell off one time when I was grilling them and the grill spit on a bit of fire. My mom got pretty mad at me.
