If there was a comic with these two fighting, would we see a fight or just read 30 pages of them trading wisecracks?

There has been a Deadpool comic where he takes the mick outta amzing fantasy 15 but thats the closet he has come to meeting spidey............

Yeah deadpool is a great anti-hero but a fight against spider-man would be a real challenge. I'm not sure who would win.
