I'm looking for a martial arts movie with the song "The power" by the band Snap. All I remember is someone doing a workout in the very beggining to the music "The Power"

That was 1991's "The Perfect Weapon" with Jeff Speakman. It featured a lot of the martial art kenpo. However, the villian did the routine in the beginning of the movie to The Power by Snap!.
