Dude...honestly...the batsuit on Batman Begins i thought was freakin amazing...i loved it..everything about it was just dope as hell..from the batsuit itself, the gauntlets which were the league of shadows ninja blade gauntlets, the cowl, the cape, to the boots...i thought it was just str8 up awesome...they did an amazing job on designing it..flawless..in Begins, when he's checkin out all the prototype equipment with Lucius, n they pull out the batsuit...i was just like dayum..that is too cool...n the helmet, or the cowl was so cool too...how he designed it from what he ordered...alot of people said they didnt like the way it looked tho cus it made his face look fat...well...thats cus its a helmet with a hearing device in it...its not some fake plastic batman mask that perfectly fits ur head....n plus with it all big like that i thought it made Bruce look even more intimidating...and the utility belt was soo clean too...it looked so realistic with all the gadgets n shyt....maaann lol

I loved it, I think its the best suit yet. I think they can redo the cowl just a tad in the next film, but I think if they make any adjustments other than that, they should be very minor. The belt, however, was perfect. That was by far the best belt yet, and idk if they could top it. Gold is so much better than that tacky yellow color.

well personally I loved it as well.....I wasn't too big on the overly designed midsection (I prefer the panther suit from batman I) at first but it looked great for the film, and the cowl looked good, but then bad, and then good, and then bad again...it really was dependent on the angle they caught him at it seemed....I think they need to widen the mouth part but other than that it was excellent...I really appreciated the overly exaggerated cape and the demon horns...

One problem.... Where's the nipples!?!?!

The new Batsuit is definately a great suit, much better than the nipple suits anyway! I still have a soft-spot for the Batman Returns suit, i think the panther suit and the rest are TOO Anatomical and the Returns suit looks just right IMO, but to each their own i suppose!

The Batman Begins Batsuit is the best Batsuit out of all five movie Batsuits.

Well that's your opinion Scarecrow, personally, I like the Returns suit best, it just looked awesome.

i don't get why so many people like the returns suit...it's not that it's horrible..but the cape was off centered half the time...the cowl was overly sized for keatons head and made the rest of the sotume out of proportion...IMO it wasn't that great.

I did however like the upgraded suit in batman forever...

It won't be long till DC incorporate that suit into the comic books and possibly future tv shows. Currently the Year One suit is making a nice come back.

All of them are hot. Besides the Batman and robin one

yea i kinda like the forever suit..it was ok...the only thing i didnt like tho is it wasnt all matte black which serves a purpose for camouflage and IMO looks cooler n more intimidating...n plus Val Kilmer didnt look the least bit intimidating in that suit....not compared to Bale as that dark monster wit that deepass voice..maan lol and another thing i liked about the Begins suit is it showed in detail how it all came together...not just 'Bruce Wayne goes into the Batcave, n presto changeo..hes Batman'

If they made the mouthpiece of the Begins suit a bit wider, it'd be perfect. Personally, i reckon the mouthpiece should've been wider, cuz it kinda made his face seem distorted.

Other than that, I love the suit.

The utility belt was finally done right, he had little compartments to carry the gadgets in.
His cape! It was finally given a plausable reason to make him glide!

His gaunlets were great, in the other movies they were part of his gloves, it would have been impossible to stop a knife because the gloves and gauntlets would twist.

Upgrades SUCK. Batman has ONE suit. Maybe two. MAYBE. EVER. This is what you get when you hire a director who used to be a costume designer. The first question you have to ask yourself when you make your batsuit is "Can you really fight crime in New York and Los Angeles in it?" It must pass the test. The only reason the Batman Returns suit cowl looks over sized is because the Batman Begins suit is molded closer to Christian Bale's head. If Batman had centered capes and a properly proportioned costume he would look less like the world's greatest detective and more like he is posing for a picture.

i despise the begins suit. i despise everything about Begins. its just not batman,...every suit before that was better than it(exept the black robin suit, but thats just because it was colored wrong. the suit over-all was better). i cant stand the wave of Begins drones. the movie was just plain horrible...

that suit in BB was ill as shit to me... i really got the idea that it could have "real world" applications if made a little more denser, or if they find a way to layer the interior with kevlar, and nomex(yes nomex is actually a real thing, not just in batman comix). also while in it he seemed to move around flawlessly, and it didnt seem to be cumbersome.

cuz think about it, if those crazy ass shooters from L.A. a bunch of years back could just pack them selves with kevlar, and stand up to shot-gun and high caliber handgun blasts from the LAPD, and have a shootout that lasted for hours dont you think inventors could do something simlar? in fact i wouldnt be too surprised if the govt. wasnt working on a top secret project to create battle suits as we speak.

Well, the Returns was good, and both Kilmer suits too, but the Begins one is the best! It looks and is more agile, the head can move, the cowl is "stuffed" and so expresses an angry emotion, plus it has a "cloth look" like in the comics.....somehow....sometimes....
My only critisism is that the cowl looks good or bad depending on the angle. Its probably because of the cheeks. When he climbs down the batmobile to meet Gordon it sucks, but at the end of the film on the top of the police station it RULES....Nolan do something about it!
And the ears rule. The long, thin, pointy ones from the previews films are not so good. For gods sake the lack the mass, dont look like a real bat's ears, and DONT HAVE HEARING AIDES!!!!

The Batman Begins Batsuit was poorly designed and it would be tremendous if the professional production teams could develop a Batsuit that is more comic accurate.
