Luuke has this. AOTC Obi-wan isn't very powerful. Luuke was about even to Luke of this time period. The real Luke had already beaten a lot of people and was very powerful.

AOTC would lose defnently if it was NJO Luke but Luke ROTJ would tie or something But he might when any other time

Luuke is NJO Luke's clone made from his lost hand on Bespin. But to the point, Luke would definitely win.
