Which Zelda Villain would Win? Ganon, the Main Villain of the series, or Vaati, the sorcerer from the Minish Cap and Four Swords Games?
This is My opinion (Note: Spoiler ahead). near the end of Minish Cap, when Zelda is still turned to stone, Vaati performs a ceremony that will steal all of the energy of the Triforce of Wisdom from Zelda and give it to him. Link stops the ceremony and confronts Vaati. Vaati only managed to steal a PORTION of the Triforce of Wisdom, and uses that to transform into that eyeball thing and fight Link. However, he only has a PORTION of just a piece of the Triforce. Ganon, on the other hand, obtains the COMPLETE Triforce of Power, not a part of it, and in A Link to the Past, he has all three triangles that form the Triforce. Therefore, I think Ganon would win.
