Thor and Loki put aside their differences, just as they did against Surtur, to fight Thanos.

Thanos has travelled to Asgard for a rematch but Odin's out of town. The defence of the city falls on the God of Thunder and the God of Mischief. Can they take Thanos down?

I don't know because I'm not sure exactly how powerful Loki is.
I know that Thor once threatened to behead Loki with his Mjolnir in Thor #359.

I'll give it to Thanos. But someone else can decide better than me.

If the duo actually fight together and use teamwork, they'd survive for a really long time and put up a good fight. But let's be honest, that's all they would do...this fight can't end any other way than "Thanos wins after a good fight."

If thanos is pissed he can easily trap both of them for a easy win
