Who is the better criminal genius?

I like Ra Al Ghul more...but he has to be dumped into his pit he's not a true immortal...he's what I call a "seemingly immortal" similar to Mumm-ra or Apocalypse.

Vandal Savage is the real deal...immortal, new ages, can heal instantly and survive anything.

Ra cooler but Savage got a better deal.
