I am not sure, But if I remember correctly (from what my friend cari told me) his contract is only good through movie 1-4. Which means no he wouldnt be in movie 5. But like I said I am not exactly sure if this information is correct.

oh, i know about that cause everyones contract is only through the first 4 movies. dan, emma, and rupert are all confirmed that's why i was wondering if tom was. thanks though!
