Thanos and Darkseid invade Asgard, slaughter Thor's armies, including the likes of Balder, Thiafli, and Sif... Thor is pi$$ed. Thanos and Darkseid laugh about it... Bloodlust is on for both sides.

Who takes it?

Seeing as this version of Thor ***** slapped the Mangog, and a less powerful version has some of the most powerful feats in marvel, and his original form has beaten Thanos. I give the fight to Thor.

Dude, the Omega beam alone can take out Mjolnir, Thanos is smarter than this, he would piss of Thor, after that he would make Thor chase him and DS waaaaaaayyyyyy outta Asgard..

Thor has the power of the Runes, and the Odin Force. Moljnir is no longer an necessity its a Luxury.

Thanos lost to Odin, and against CLassic powered up by Odin.Thor is the Offspring of Gaea and Odin, and has the potential to be more powerful than either. With the power of the Runes he's off the charts.

He Ko'ed the Mangog in 5 mins. Thanos used this guy as a bodyguard once. Darkseid is unlikely to be strong as the Mangog. And if the Omega effect can be deflected by Heat Vision King Thor will easilly be able to deflect with the Odin Force.

King Thor also took a direct blast from the Destroyer Disintergrator beam. This has the power to 'melt worlds'. King Thor was barely fazed by it. With the Runes he's immensly more powerful.

It wont be easy but King Thor takes it.

Omega Beam what?
The current Darkseid is a pussy.
Thor will absorb or nullify the OE then blast into obvlion Darkseid, and proceed into giving Thanos the beat of his life.
Assuming the battlefield is a planet somewhere in the galaxy, Thor will use sufficient amount of power to make Thanos missing the fight with Odin.

Omega Beam's would tickle Thor at most. Jobberseid is a non factor in this fight.

Thor wins everytime.

Thanos would look at Darkseid, look at Thor, look at Darkseid and say something along the lines of, "**** this, you can get your ass reamed if you want, I'm not going through this shit again" and he takes off. Darkseid laughs, being the dumb prick that he is and says something to the effect of, "I don't need ..." But he's cut off as Thor punts his testicles (If he's got any) up into his brain.
